At Keyvik, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their digital purchase. Due to the nature of our products (digital software keys), our return and refund policy is tailored to ensure fairness while preventing abuse.
Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds only under specific circumstances and within 14 days of the purchase date. If more than 14 days have passed since your order, we may not be able to provide a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund:
The product must not have been activated, used, or redeemed
The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase
You must provide a valid order number or receipt
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
The key has already been used or activated
You entered the wrong email address and lost access to the key
You purchased the wrong product due to misunderstanding or buyer error
The request is submitted after the 14-day window
The issue is related to your system’s compatibility or inability to run the software
Please contact us at support@keyvik.com before taking any further action. Do not send any physical goods to any address – all products sold are digital and non-physical.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will evaluate it within 2–5 business days. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and bank, typically between 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
First, check your bank or card account again.
Contact your payment provider, as processing delays can occur.
If after this you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@keyvik.com and we’ll assist you further.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded under any circumstances:
Used or activated product keys
Downloadable software products
Gift cards and vouchers
Products marked as “final sale” or discounted heavily
Keys purchased more than 14 days ago
Exchanges
Since our products are digital, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you received a defective or incorrect key, we will verify the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and delivered directly to you, any approved refund will be issued in the form of store credit or a gift voucher. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping (If Applicable)
Since we only sell digital goods, no shipping or return of physical goods is required or accepted.
